Happy Thanksgiving!

Today is the day — in the U.S., anyway — we remember to give thanks. We have a lot of yummy food (my husband and I are cooking all our favorites for the two of us — can we say leftovers?) and remember all the things we have to be thankful for.

At least, that's what it should be.

This year is different. It's 2020, after all, and it's been crazy. Most of us aren't celebrating Thanksgiving like we usually do or would like to. But there's still a lot to be thankful for!

For me, I'm thankful for all of you! You are the ones who support me, buy my books and courses, keep me going, inspire me. This author life would be so lonely without you!

Expressing and especially feeling gratitude has been proven to improve your mindset. When you make it a habit, your life improves as well! Because even if you can't change your circumstances, you can change how you react to them. And that just makes you happier all around.

I hope you have an amazing day today, even if it's not everything you hoped it would be. Take a few moments and find something to be grateful for today, and if you'd like, reply to this email with your gratitude list!
